Had pleasant stay on a business trip with attentive staff and good location in the middle of jackson. My room was a nice size with a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. I loved both wake-up service and comfortable bed.

Fairly clean hotel, attentive staff & great location in the middle of jackson. Great value, DELICIOUS food. Huge and impressive room with a large bathroom.

Outdated rooms, inconvenient parking spaces near the rooms!!! Management should consider improving the overall decor and maintenance check for door knobs!!! The area around the pool could really use a facelift!!!

Breakfast attendant asked if there was anything we needed. Breakfast was served till 10 on the weekends.
Road noise was very loud at 530 am. Next time we will bring a fan to dampen the noise. Parking lot was not very good. Had to park a long way from the room.

The rooms are infested with cockroaches, which I really didn't expect from such a so-called 'Quality' hotel. After having to switch rooms due to a leaking fridge, I thought surely they would compensate me in some way, but nothing. I almost thought about writing a nice review, but just couldn't.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Clute with value for money. The breakfast staff was very attentive and made sure everything was stocked up. Be wary of traffic noise if you get a room near the front.

We were not told during booking,checking in, or checking out that extra money would be held in our account for 48 hrs! The receipt the receptionist gave me showed one amount and my bank account showed another after we checked out! The money was released after the 48 hrs, but I was just upset that it was never once mentioned to us and that I had to confront the receptionist about the charges! I think this should be a disclaimer and mentioned upon booking the reservation!
